Erin Weninger

1. What inspired you to start your fitness journey, and how did you get into CrossFit?

My fitness journey started in 2013 with good ol’ P90x. I worked out for several years at home and tradition gyms before a friend introduced me to CrossFit in 2023.

2. What’s your favorite CrossFit workout or movement, and why?

Deadlifts, probably because I’m good at them and it’s my strongest lift!

3. How do you use your fitness outside the gym in everyday life or for fun activities?

I enjoy feeling strong and capable. It helps me maintain strength and ability in mountain biking especially when it’s been awhile between rides. I also appreciate carrying all the groceries into the house in one load!

4. What do you enjoy most about coaching, and how do you help members reach their goals?

By nature I love helping people, so coaching is a natural fit for me. It’s rewarding to watch members improve from the cues and suggestions given to them. Encouraging them through tough workouts is great as well!

5. What hobbies or activities do you enjoy when you’re not at the gym?

I enjoy spending time with my kids and friends! Cooking and eating delicious food is a favorite of mine as well. I love listening to podcasts! You can also find me hiking and biking the wonderful trails around Helena.
